Every supplier says the same thing.

Accurate. Supported. Good value. Easy to integrate. You cannot check any of it from a brochure, and by the time you can, you have signed.

I am writing a short, free guide for South African farmers: the questions that separate a supplier who can answer from one who cannot.

What it covers so far

  • Who owns your data, and whether you can take it with you
  • What an accuracy claim really means, and what to ask for as proof
  • What support you are actually buying - including who answers the phone in February
  • The full cost, not just the quote
  • Whether it talks to the rest of your kit, or becomes an island

Before I finish it, I need to know whether those are the right questions.

I have watched a lot of technology bought badly in this country, but I am not the one signing the contracts. Farmers are. So there is one thing I would like to ask you, and then I will send you the guide when it is done.

Tell me where to send it - and, if you have a minute, what you would add.

How your information is handled

No jargon. No supplier is named, recommended or criticised. You can use it on your next quote.
